Shipping policy

Order Processing Times
Our standard dispatch lead time is 3 working days, however this is regularly shorter but could be longer if you have a 'made to order' item or during particularly busy periods. We don't dispatch on public bank holidays or weekends.

Cost of Delivery
Shipping costs vary depending on order weight and number of boxes required to ship your order. All shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Tracking Orders
Our parcels come with a tracking link in 'dispatch emails' to track your order with Evri, Parcel Force or Royal Mail.

Delivery Options
We are currently an online 'only' store, and do not have premises or the facilities for local pick-up of orders. All orders are safely and securely packaged for delivery via our preferred postal carriers.

International Delivery
Currently we only ship within the UK, not internationally. If you have a special need where you would like to ship an order outside of the UK, you are welcome to contact us first at hello@ultrastack.uk to discuss the detail and whether this is possible.
